Ive been having a lower sex drive n feeling tired recently(8-12 months), so i got the tests done that everyone recomended..here are the results. Please tell me if its all in my head or if there is sumthing wrong.
I did a "free testosterone" blood test 2 weeks before and my results were slightly lower (35.1pmol/L)

Are all these levels normal? are any too low for a 20 year old male thats never done any PH cycles or steroid cycles?

*Also have just been told i have "mild diffuse fatty infiltration of the liver". i had an ultrasound done because i had constantly higher liver enzymes for the past 5 months.
Is there any reason for my total test/free test to be so low? what kinda treatments can i do?
