Hot itchy red bump!!! Help!!!

im on my 12th pin of test enanthate and i did it in my quad yesterday. today, i have a big swollen bump thats red and hot to the touch and itches a little. Im 99% sure trhat it means its infected...fuck. what should i do??? im nervous as hell. please anyone give me suggestions!!!!!

You need see a doc. Either it is an abscess or cellulitis. You will need antibiotics plus/minus drainage.
