I have been using a log book for years. I just dont understand how some people say they can remember how many reps they do week to week on every exercise.
I dont own a cell phone and really dont want one. When im out doing my stuff, the last thing I want is some idoit calling me. LOL. :D

I always neglected school so had time to waste in the gym. I just recently started taking school seriously.

yep i am indian - living in india too. you seem to be a sardar or something?

anyway, that routine looks a lot better. i remember back in the day i used to do chest and tri's on monday, delts and bi's tues, legs and lats wed, and then thurs, fri, sat repeat! i'd do set after set of all manner of exercises and each workout would be close to 2 hrs... and i used to wonder why i couldn't get strong lol.
