with that size chart i classify as XL...hahah i wish i had XL wheels by my standards...soon enough, they are responding and growing VERY wheel as of lately

needsize, you look like Kurt Angle...and nice definition
mine is 24..just measured it now...
was 18 back then before I started...:)
so I guess that's a nice improvement

My legs are a pathetic 25" half way up. Sad isn't it?? I'm 6ft 3" was 244lbs, but am down to 228lbs already(trying to cut now). Wish my legs were about 33" thats my goal. For now anyways :)

My legs are about 26" but I'm sure a lot of that is FAT. I want stronger legs. Legs are my weakest area. I'll worry about size after I get all of this blubber off and get some strength in them.

Last Time I Measure Like 2 Yrs Ago I Measured In At 28" Thigh In The Middle Of My Thigh..and 18" Around The Calf..i Tower In At 5'8"...now I Dont Think There That Big..but They Soon Will Be..my Thighs And Calves Grow Fast And Respond To Just About Anything..god Bless My Mother...

30 inchers here my legs grow like weeds, i have to be careful not to let them get to bulky or then they start geting in the way of eachother when i run. I always mix up my squat stance. My coach preaches a close stance and high reps (20) exploding up on to tip toes, put My power comes from my hips and ass so I always work in wide stance with a good med-heavy weight for 8-10 once a week or throw in some deads and mix it up between sumo and romanian. I like leg press for working my quads I like doing high reps 15-25 with a good heavy weight for me last time I did 3x15 with 7 plates on each side. Then I love my lunges 3-4sets of 10each leg with 225, I wanted to cry after I did them my first time back. Or i drop weight 185 and do every third step for 200yards broken up in 50yard sets. Then to mix up my lunges i drop down to 135 and do shortened lunges step length is about 4-6 inches heel to toe. I recomend these leg workouts to any football players or to athletes seeking explosive speed and power. Oh and ya can forget praying hamstring curls I think I cramp every time I do them.
P.S. I don't do these all in the same day...just for anyone who might think thats what I mean. I just mix mix and match to keep variety on my leg days. Plus it also changes to what I'm trying to improve more now its size and power so more deads and wide squats, once I get closer to season its more lunges and close squats for explosive speed and leg press to keep the bulk on my legs.

No problem...I think for some of us athletes we get stuck to always wanting to heavy weight and low reps. which is good for getting some size and power. But when you play a whole game you need that endurance and ability to keep going strong, plus to me its a mental thing to its not easy to go 15-20 reps on any lift when it starts to burn half way through the set you just got to keep going just like in a game. I also like to use this phylosophy with my upper body too, When it gets close to season I do 3-4 sets of burn outs on bench and incline.

actually what i do is i do like explosive timed sets. i can do a rep of 225 in like 1.8 seconds. thats what the quick accel. is from. same with the bench i put up like 185 in 1. somethin or another

BTW: Truck thats some sick lunges you're talking about.

Ya I got the idea from looking at a ronnie colman work out. I saw that he did 315 for 300 yards. SO i thaught hey I needed a change up, so I modified it to fit what i was doing, it turned out to make a huge diference in my speed and over all endurnace. Plus i wanted to do stuff outside of our dungeon of a weight room. I'm always looking for a new way to do something I like changing up my work out, especially over the summer when I get start getting stale and all I wanna do is just play ball.

na I wish i was...I started out there but now I'm a DT 3-tech. I might move out to end this year though.

And I'm at 26" ....... busting my ass trying to get them over 30". I don't really care about my arms, they're already large from all the heavy core PL stuff I do, but legs are lagging.

for anyone looking for inspiration:
OMFG whose legs are those??
