all this grappling has hurt my bench but not my squats and pulls, sho is fun though.

5 minute rounds ouch--def would be huffing and puffing myself. Did you guys head over to that sushi joint after? Did you put down a bunch of rolls?

it was tough. lasted 5 minutes with my coach first go round. second time he arm barred me at the 4 minute mark.

Im sure the 315 was your warmup sets right pb? lol. how wide do you go on your wide grip sets..... i used to do those with my index finger on the rings. got my bench nice n strong.
 
first bench after a meet. takin it easy

wide grip is index on the rings (comp grip)
close grip is pinkies on the rings
and medium is mddle finger on the rings.
