How can I reduce Vascularity?

Drink alot less water and increase sodium consumption by 50%.
That'll get rid of your vasculartiy...Thats what I do when I'm sick of my veins popping out..
Of course don't do this....or....fuck it....yeah do this, it'll work.

Based on your arms alone, I would find it hard to believe that you're 13% body fay. I don't know what you really would be but I wouldn't worry about putting on more fat if I were you. If you really don't like your veins that much than you have to compromise one way or the other. Live with vascular arms or get fat and become a power lifter.
 
to answer the OP:

vascularity... this happens when your BF is low enough to see your surface veins.

the more you work out, the more blood supply is needed to support muscle fuelling.

the more need the muscle requires blood - the faster it gets it, but in order to increase blood transport, the vein's capillary widens and the veins thicken.

the more you train the thicker your veins WILL get.
the leaner you become, the more visible and defined your vascularity with appear.

if you intend on becoming shredded.... there is no way you cannot be vascular.

it comes with the territory. ;)

even BBs holding water will go vascular, as bigger muscles need more blood.

Never in my life have I seen a girl say god damn. Those veins bulging everywhere are sexy, unless they were referring to my shaft then that's another story lol

I sent an ex a pic of my arms shoulders and traps all pumped up and got a video of her fingering herself back :wiggle: . In my experience most girls however aren't in to that shit, she had been raised in a gym though.
