How can I get great seperation in my thighs? What is the best workout to achieve this and does it come down to how much body fat you have in order to see the seperations? Also...I need a bigger neck. Will shrugs help me get a neck like Kurt Angle? And what do you think is the best exercise strictly for hamstrings and how do I make my whole leg thicker. Like the sides?

muscle size and low body fat =separation, therefore big squats and a very strict diet will get you separation in your quads.

doing shrugs will help your traps grow, so will heavy dead lifts. do some neck exercises too.

rock bottom squats will help your hamstrings and overall quads. try some SLDL to isolate your hammys

Your best bet for a neck is to work your neck, shrugs work the traps. Any neck work from shrugs is completely indirect and means you are giving the air a blow job. Goldberg has a better neck than Angle. Expect to pickup some apnea, and probably snorting during laughter. I have an 18.5" neck and picked up the snorting, no apnea thankfully.

Seperation is low bodyfat and genetics.

And arms and everything else? The neck has muscles in it, that you can train for hypertrophy. I wouldn't have a near 19" neck without direct training, I also directly train my forearms or else they too would be much smaller.

Take a look at Kevin Levronne in his prime. Big everything, but the neck. Lack of training will do that.

Your legs need to be a decent size first, regardless of bodyfat, you won't see impressive separation unless your legs are a certain size

A chiropractor would tell you not to do it. Train your neck that is.

My neck is only 17'' but according to the 'ideal proportions' charts, it's oversized. But I have a big head, so that's probably why. I've never trained my neck directly.

You'd be surprised how low you need to get your bodyfat to achieve seperation in the thighs. Oh, and like everyone else said, you need big muscles there too.

Neck exercises - Standard wrestlers Bridge.

Or lay flat on back on bench with head hanging over - place plate (wraped in towel) over your forehead. You can do it lying the on your side and your stomach.

Also some gyms have 4 way neck machines
