How do I take a SERM like this?

I'm ordering a SERM for my upcoming Helladrol cycle just to be safe even though it's fairly mild. On the source I found, it's in a liquid form which confused me, as well as not telling how it should be taken.

It's 20mg/mL - 30 mL

So is it just, use dropper and down the hatch? Or do I mix it with food/water? Sorry if this is a noob question, it's my first cycle.

I did google by the way and looked around a bit before hand.

Which SERM is it? And AFAIK, SERMs are administrated orally. You could use the dropper or get an oral syringe for more precise measurement.

That means each ml is 20 mg of product.

So a 40 mg dose would be 2ml.

Don't mix it with food/water or anything either, you can chase it with water or OJ or what have you, but you'll drop a SERM (or a SARM) out of it's suspension by mixing it. Just use an oral syringe and squirt it into the back of your throat. That's the best way.

They don't tell you how to take them, because... well... technically they're "not for human consumption"
