most tabs are 20 MCGs, it may show on the label 0.02 MG; same thing.
There are some tabs (mostly UG) that are 40 or 50, so you need to make sure you know their strength.
Liquid should show MCGs/ML on the label.
Do yourself a favor and split the doses above 80 or 100MCGs into morning and noon; fewer BP, jittery issues, etc. plus you get the metabolism boost for longer.
read up on the 2 weeks on/off, 3/1 isn't a great idea, need to give your receptors a break, could alternate with 2 weeks ECA.
