How do you carry food for the day?

cooler for me and i just eat it like it is, usually chicken or tuna, tastes fine not heated

I saw them a few minutes ago and posted on my log. Then I remembered this thread.

The look decent, and the size of the containers are decent. However, the containers seem high priced if I remember correctly.

I agree, but that can hold all of my meals for the day.

When I take pics at events I try to bring a few healthy choices with me, but I tend to end up purchasing food while I am there. Hamburgers, hot dogs, and other stuff.

I cook a ton of meals at once and put them all in plastic containers and bring with me. fortunately I have a job that I am able to eat every 2-3hrs at and I have a microwave I can use.

same here, nice to have a job that doesn't freak out...although my boss will say once in a while "are you eating again?" But will then say "damn, you look good for your age" hahahaha

I just started working for a chain of gyms in my area and part of the deal was that I would be able to eat when I had to eat. Sometimes they give me crap but I tell them "you want me to look the part don't you?" and then I tell them to get their fat asses on a program too. So far I have 5 out of the 6 guys preparing their meals ahead of time. They always ask me what they should prepare and I always say "Call 3J. I PAID for his advice so you have to too."

Hey guys, so I'm on spring break. Woo!!! This is the week Im taking to account for my diet again. But I do like the idea of a cooler. I do also have microwaves available as well. I think I'll just leave food in the car(but it's a decent walk to get to because I'm in downtown Denver for school) but I'm going try to Pre cook food. I saw that some of you guys freeze your foods after cooking them. Does it apply to all foods?
