I drink water all day long like most of you.
I go to the gym after work, then have dinner. So I'm drinking water right up until bed time. While I love the way I feel and look, I am getting very little quality sleep because I'm getting up to go to the bathroom every couple hours.
I can't be the only one with this issue. Any tips?
