How do you east your eggs?

I pretty uch have this every morning.
1 whole egg, 4 egg whites, scambled with
Spinach, turkey breast, 1/2 a slice of cheese, cilantro & some pepper.
a little home made guacamole or home made salsa verde. :yumyum:

I change the ingredients depending if I'm on a low or higher carb day..
I might add green pepper, onions, fresh oregano, broccoli, tomato, salmon, tuna.

I could eat eggs for breakfast everyday with no problem... no need to sacrifice taste for good nutrition.

I eat eggs every...single...day. But I'm going to try that Mrs. P...I'm gonna cut up some turkey breast and throw it in with my eggs...that's a great idea.

U can pretty much add anything u like to eggs.. the secret to fluffy eggs is to whisk the eggs thoroughly before cooking them. Whisking incorporates air, which makes fluffier eggs.

And always cook them in a nonstick saute pan, at a very low heat, eggs like any other protein will get tough if overcooked.

Georgia.... You are seriously flippin funny as hell.
DaHurt-I love that you always have something witty to say about people's errors (and that you always catch them).

Eggs- I normally eat them scrambled with spinach, tomato, onion and mushrooms. Or over easy with whole wheat toast.

Now I will be eating 1 whole/2 whites for my summer body...

anyway, all going to same place. Lately dicing a whole sweet potatoe, diced ham, low fat shredded cheese, and a few whole eggs. throw em in and eat em up

You guys that skip the yolk need to get with the times and start doing more research, the bad yolk theory has been debunked by modern studies and in fact eating the yolks have proven to be more benficial to your health than just eating the whites. The yolk contains higher value protein than the white and contains most of the vitamins and minerals provided by the egg thus if you toss out the yolk you may as well not even bother eating eggs. There's plenty of research out there to google but here's a couple studies I ran across to support the above...
