How do you know if a man is a genetic freak?

not hard to tell...look around the gym, there may or may not be one in your gym,but you will know.

I've always noticed that the guys that are dedicated and consistent always have at least one muscle group that is superior. My buddy is his legs, looks like Quadzilla and for myself its my arms. I gain muscle in them from just wiping my ass...lol

Genetic freak can refer to any number of attributes. Muscle shape/symmetry is genetic. Phil Heath for example is a freak for sure so far as roundness/fullness goes. The ability to pack on massive amounts of muscle is also genetic to an extent...some people just put it on easily. Responsiveness to gear and the ability to tolerate high dosages of gear are also genetic attributes. Then of course there is structure which is genetic...small joints as you said, wide clavicles, a tiny waist.

So it really depends on what you're talking about....you put all of those things together and you have yourself an IFBB pro after years of training and eating!

Stop calling me a freak man :(

It's really a shame, because over my 8 years of training, i have seen tons of young guys with absolutely stellar genetics, but they just don't know it. Some could literally compete respectfully at a local or state level meet and don't even take lifting or dieting seriously, let alone use gear. And of course there are those people with great genetics but aren't interrested in competing or simply not willing to do the hard work that it takes to get into top condition (diet, training, gear etc...).

I personally like to see height + size, I had a friend that was 6'6" and 320 15 shoe size not too fat widest shoulders and bone structure ever, he did no activity and would rather smoke weed and drink than go to the gym such a waste of potential.

I am 6'1" not short but not tall when I compare myself to my friend's, 5'11" - 6'3" seems to be really average these days. If I could have it my way I would be 7"5" plus and over 400 pounds.

I was talking about my penis but I completely agree man.. I was wasting a ton of potential for the longest time after highschool but I realized that I'm not like the other people.. I can't even do a pushup without my chest growing an inch.. So why not go balls to the wall and train everyday and become a real freak of nature :)
