I'm on my first cycle also but running different compounds. I don't wanna be a dick but if you have to ask that many questions about your protein intake and diet you shouldn't be running a cycle. Do your research on your diet and focus on that and get it in check before you start pinning. If your diets not in check (calorie, carb, protein intake) from what I know and the research I've done you're waisting your time bro. Your diet is more critical then your weight training. You can train and pin and sleep all you want but if your not feeding your muscles they aren't gonna grow to their full potential or really much at all. Just a suggestion. I don't know your stats. Mine are 28, 6', 194 (at the moment and 4 weeks into my cycle) I take in at minimum 4000 cals a day, at least 350 g protein, and good complex carbs and healthy fats. Diet is almost a big a workout as weights for me. I'm ALWAYS eating. Every 2-3 hrs. Never let your body get hungry bro. Eat eat eat but eat heathly. Do your research and get more focused on your diet then the gym and you'll grow. I promise. And I'm sure everybody on here will agree. Good luck bro.
