how do you know when gear kicks in?????

Im taking 500 of sust a week. this is my first cycle. Im about 6 weeks in. i have oily skin, im not really prone to acne so im not expecting any. Im just not sure what to notice. is 500 a week good for first cycle, or should have i stacked it deca too?? i workout 5x a week. Im just not too sure what to see. ppl have said i should gain around 20ibs by the time im done. I eat good, and lots.
 
you should definitely be feeling it by now. i started to feel it around week 3-4. i was taking test eth tho 500mg per week.
 
I'm in my 3rd week of Sust/Deca,..and feeling like a god(and a lot of that is purely mental,..I'm really looking forward to weeks 7 and on...).
You should have the libido of 10 men and the strength to match.
 
so i definetly should be stronger?? what about weight gain?? how much protein should i be taking in, in a day?? I heard between 1g-almost 2g per body pound.
 
Not everyone feels sustanon that fast. Usually after 6 weeks you will be getting some strength gains and starting to gain weight but many will notice is before. Give it a bit longer and sustanon should be run 12 weeks minimum IMO.


What's the lab?
 
ya im running it for 12 weeks. Ya i know rest is the main factor and to eat lots. i eat about 5-6x a day. and supplement protein powder twice. is that good or do i have to eat more
 
I'm on my first cycle also but running different compounds. I don't wanna be a dick but if you have to ask that many questions about your protein intake and diet you shouldn't be running a cycle. Do your research on your diet and focus on that and get it in check before you start pinning. If your diets not in check (calorie, carb, protein intake) from what I know and the research I've done you're waisting your time bro. Your diet is more critical then your weight training. You can train and pin and sleep all you want but if your not feeding your muscles they aren't gonna grow to their full potential or really much at all. Just a suggestion. I don't know your stats. Mine are 28, 6', 194 (at the moment and 4 weeks into my cycle) I take in at minimum 4000 cals a day, at least 350 g protein, and good complex carbs and healthy fats. Diet is almost a big a workout as weights for me. I'm ALWAYS eating. Every 2-3 hrs. Never let your body get hungry bro. Eat eat eat but eat heathly. Do your research and get more focused on your diet then the gym and you'll grow. I promise. And I'm sure everybody on here will agree. Good luck bro.
 
You should feel it working in the first week or two but what I'm saying is you don't start to see real gains until 4 to 6 weeks. If you are putting on considerable amounts of weight in two weeks it's diet not test. Even short esters take time to build to supraphysiological levels. Everyone responds a little different but a lot of new guys think they are gonna pin a few times and blow up. I don't care who you are it doesn't work that way wether it's hg or UGL. Obviously most everyone gets a boost in libido and you should start to notice some strength gains and maybe some weight by now but typically gains come on heavy from 4 to 6 weeks.
