How extend the calf muscle?

I have been doing calf raises sitting and standing seems to just cut up and give more size to my calf muscle. But im looking to legnthing the muscle because my leg is to skinny after the calf muscle to my ankle. It just doesnt look right to me.
 
you can make the lower part appear longer by working the tibialis anterior. it's the muscle on the front of your shin. work it by doing tow lifts with a dumbell or a cable and a toe strap

kinda hard to see, but in my left calf the tib ant is flexed increasing the diameter of the calf.

Recently I had read this article hardbodysuccess.com/articles/need-to-build-muscle.html which is about the right way to build muscles
