just starting cycle sustaplex 700mg 1-12
d bol 3o mg 1-4
deca 300 mg 1-10
work out goes like this;
mon chest/calves
tues bi/tri
wed off
thur shoulders/back
fri legs
is there enough rest? should i be changing up body parts/days? any advice would be appreciated, trying to get max gains out of this cycle.

it depends on what kind of training your doing. you SHOULD be deadlifting and squatting, and if your not, well, get ur shit in gear and squat! best way to gain.

if you ARE deadlifting and squatting, you need rest in between thursday and friday.
 
Yeah listen to wOOt on this one, if you are hoping to perform deads and squats on back to back days you are gonna be really sorry.

it depends on what ure goals are and how long uve been training for. some body parts should be done more frequently, and u should focus more on any weak areas if u have any.

Day 1
chest (no incline)/bis (strictly barbell curls)
abs

Day 2
light cardio/legs/shoulders
abs

Day 3
back/tris
abs

Day 4
off

Day 5
chest (no flat)/bis (barbell+dumbell)
abs

Day 6
pull-ups/cardio
abs

Day 7
off
 
I agree..what is your goal. Rest is as important as traing eating and gearing..
Scarz posted up a thread on maitaining goals off cycle..I believe it s a good read for those ON as well..
Squats and deads ..for mass, for sure.
When I powerlifted I did a 4 day split M-T off Wed. Th-Fri,. LONG ASS WORKOUTS.
You ll do fine..
