i was blessed with a thick ass chest... and the more i lift the thicker it gets ...chicks are always sayin that my tits are bigger than theirs...at 5'7" i'm sporting a 46" chest.... 180lbs .... yet i'm stuck with 16.5" arms and only 24" thighs ,,, oh oh oh ,,, the worst ,,, 14" calves !!!!!!!! .. WTF !!!

oh,,, only about 11-12%b.f.

Give it time, I've always had the same situation, get as lean as possible and then bulk back up. This sometimes can help to bring your body towards proportional development. Work extra hard on those problem areas, but if you are like me your chest will always be overdeveloped compared to the rest of you.

I have good genetics on my chest. Actually my whole upper body. I bust my ass on my legs and they suck.

If I can't make my chest get thick, at least I want to build big rounded delts.

During the last 3 months my back had nice growing and my chest little.

Oh I forgot, and what is worse than having small chest? Having it small and asymetrical... :wallbash:

When I was around 13-14 I started bech pressing ever other day about 3 sets of 10-12 reps. That is all the lifting I did and it wasn't really long before I saw significant growth. I could see striations in my middle chest in less than a year. I was impressed with my pecs for my age. That was the fastest results I ever got from weightlifting. The bar wasn't olympic size so as I grew the exercise turned more into close grip benching and then stoped using it and joined a gym. Over the years my chest has been my strongest bodypart. I think is has to do with how much I tend to value bench pressing over other exercises.

Success is determined on the Battle Field!!!

Oh and I had a spoon for a chest a while back and its ok now but still have a ways to go to get it perportional to the rest of things, my pecs aren't that big.

AGAIN thats rediculous bro... I've got almost a 100lbs on yu and my chest is 48'. thats pretty awsome bro...nice work

I think my chest is ok, its the shape of it I don't like.

I wish it was nice big n square, platelike!

I am 28 and it hasn't happend yet, but i have some serios ass hair growth, does that count for anything.
I don't know my hairy ass has won me many bets,...........lets compare pics and see who is trully sporting the harriest ass on "ology"...............give me a couple days though I just shaved it!!!!!!!!!lol

yeah have the same problem bro,

has taken me 3 years to even say "i have pecs!"

it gets bigger with more carbs intake but when i cut it f*cking dissappears!

hense why i dont want to cut for a long time!

i have found that the greatest thickness has come from cable x overs and incline press tho!

i've been liftng hard for a year and i am just starting to notice a difference.
strengh-wise it is def my most lagging part, i think i'l dedicate 2006 to chesticles!

any one got a good excersise to help with the center of the chest trying to get that line in the middle you know

Took me years!!!
Incline bench, flat dumbells & flies, cable & dumbell works for me.
Still cant bench 300 but did my bodyweight+100lbs for 2 reps!!
Rather look strong than be strong, only you guys know that difference!lol:)

im afraid my chest development stopped, went for coffee and never came back. no matter what i do it wont grow, my girlfriend has a better developed chest than me and it only cost me 5 grand!!

My chest is lacking compared to my back. It bothers me, though no one else seems to notice. It's not too bad though... A couple years ago I had no pecs at all.
