60-90mins. depending if I have to work one or 2 muscle groups on that day.
Anything over 90mins. a waste of time and muscle.
 
I heard that anything over an hour, your testosterone levels begin to dimish and your body begins using carbohydrate metabolism for energy (as it would if you were running a long distance marathon) instead of protein synthesis.

So working out for more than an hour is not very effective.

This is what I remember, I could be totally wrong and just talking out of my ass...
 
I'm with PB, 2-3 hours on average, however I've been there for up to 4 some days. You guys must all train alone cause when we have 6 people training at the same time it takes alot longer. I've only had maybe 1 workout in the last year that only took an hour and that was cause I had to get out of there and ended up skipping almost half my workout.
 
about 1.5 hours...the workouts are progressively getting longer as i require a little more time to warm-up and i like a good 2 minute rest inbetween sets
 
I try to keep it at an hour or under, but I usually go over. I take long breaks on my me exercises but try to move right along with my other ones.
