How Long Do You Wait In Between Meals?

I try to aim for two hours in the least time. Anything under I feel the food is being wasted. What about everyone else?
 
I have seen huge self-improvements with eating 6 meals a day, and small protein shakes in-between, so IMO you are right on with the two hour time frame. Tricky to do that when you have a job other than body-building though.

Yah well my problem is I'm a night owl and wake up late so I find myself forcing to stay up late to get all my meals in.
 
I try to eat every 2-3 hours. Luckily I have two breaks along with my lunch that allows me to accomplish this while at work.

then your not getting your sleep and wasing your food and health anyway. your better off missing some and sleeping well in my op. if your up for 10 hrs you should have no issue.

I usually only take in 3 full meals a day (meat/veg/rice)... but I pop aminos like candy all day long.

If u have the time there is a trick to being able to eat more often; each meal only eat til ur about 70% full, that way u'll be hungry in about 2-2.5 hours.. that's what works for me when I have the time to eat right
 
I eat small meals every 2-3 hours. If I'm on the go and miss one I usually try to get a bit of extra protein in on my next meal.
 
I have no meal timing whatsoever. I eat whenever is convenient. I have always had great results doing this and my life doesnt revolve around meals, rather the meals revolve around my life.
 
I usually eat every three hours with some Powerchewz BCAAs in between and a homemade protein bar in there some where too
 
Usually 2-3hrs for me, 4 at the max but try not to let it get that far unless I have to. If it does stretch long I'll hit some powerchews too, BCAA's are good. Or a protein shake, I like whey to build muscle cinnamon bun flavor. Shit tastes like candy.
 
Low carb days is the funniest at my office here I am hitting it around the office with tbl spoons of pb with meals lol Always get asked how I manage to consume so much food
 
Play around to see what works best for you. Meal timing has shown to be irrelevant as long as you hit your total cals and macros for the day. Personally, I like to eat every 2-3 hours in a certain time frame (11-12 hours). I don't like to eat before bed because it affects my sleep. I like to eat often too because it helps me feel full throughout the day. Some people swear by IF. I might have to give it a try after this school year when I graduate, but if I have the time, I will stick to what I do now.
