How long does it take you to lose your strength and size...

I am banned!
I know with proper PCT you recover a little better, and you keep SOME of your gains. But lets face it, you're going to lose a good percentage of your strength and size(post cycle). Basically, you can't look like you're using steroids when you're not using steroids, there is a difference.

For me I lose my strength at about 4 weeks. My size lasts a little longer, about 2-2.5 months.

What about you?

With correct diet post cycle you should lose size not much anyway strength is partially do to the nuero muscular connection and the strength loss for me isn't very much. Last cycle I ended at 211 and after like 3 months I was still 208-209 range so didn't really lose any size.

Agreed, I only ever drop a few lbs mainly water and a little bit of muscle.
 
Wait 4 months you wont keep shit nobody stays off long enough to see the devistation pct brings. If that were the case id stop now and keeo most my gainsband live happily ever after..... anything built beyond natural doesnt stay

You never come off cycle. You look like a shaved gorilla. What freak, why would you want to look that big loser?

I respectfully disagree. I was off cycle for over two years before my current cycle and after the initial drop I made it to my biggest I'd ever been in that two years as a natty.

I am past my genetic potential though. I doubt many people are either that claim to lose gains... it's all diet & training.

Looks wise I half agree, but my strength has really dropped. Kept some but on cycle I was an animal. I ran a great pct and my muscle gained is mostly intact. Some of the water is gone which caused a few pounds to drop. My strength did drop, especially my bench, squat is close to the same.

So respectfully are you saying diet preserves muscle gains made from steroids? So can we build that muscle with diet? Why do bodybuilders cruise is it because were addicts or because we love trt? And no its not because we cant recover because many could if they wanted. We do it to not lose the muscle we worked hard and spent alot of cash to build.

I dont expect anyone to agree with me but the truth is were fucking with our endocrine system and iverall health and well being. Why would you go on and off on and off? You never let your body fully recover its just a fucked up roller coaster of hormones. If your gonna stay off then ya pct most guys never wait "time on time off"

If your saying you stayed almost the same after a year you either didnt gain much or your lying. Food does not make us look like were on steroids period. Its humanly impossible to hold something that is not natural in other words your body cant make that muscle mass on its own.... Not trying to disrespect we can agree to disagree

Absolutely, they are far past genetic potential. They'd return to whatever their natural test levels & genetics could support.

I didn't say I stayed the same, I kept growing in my two years as a natty, and leaned out a bit. I absolutely agree you will never keep the same look (hard/firmness of the muscle, intramuscular water, veins popping etc.) off cycle, but body composition wise... yeah you can definitely keep your gains unless your past genetic potential. Everyone will lose some muscle during the period of low T, and probably gain a little fat too but in no way will you lose everything.

I think a lot of people overdo their training or don't eat enough for fear of getting fat during PCT. You really have to cut back volume and remain high intensity.

No disrespect either brother, just my opinion :)

Yeah, you were still 208, but you're not the same kind of 208... more fat, less muscle.
 
If PCT allowed you to keep all your gains like people claim...Then everyone would just do one cycle in their life, call it quits, and look like a baller forever.
 
the only time I've come off in the last couple of years is due to major injury or major illness.. I've had two of those come up,, and each time I've lost around 30 pounds of muscle,, very quickly.

I'm not too far out from coming off one of these health issues,, was off gear for 8 months,, lost 30 pounds,, finally got things taken care of, and within 8 weeks, put back on 28 pounds.. AAS coupled with diet and training is some pretty powerful shit, no doubt..
 
AAS is amazing it imo saved my ass in 2013.... i caught something called "valley fever" google that i was extremely ill couldn't hold down food lost 10 lbs really fast. I had just come off pct when i got sick I started pinning test and noticed i was able to get my appetite back and was able to cope with illness better.

Some people have died from this illness when the doc would see me he said my blood cells were high and doing there job something like that lol. Imo i recovered in half the time a average person recovers. I really believe your vulnerable to sickness when you come off hormones.

I definitely buy that... I just started pct last week and got a horrible cold at the same time. This is like the third time its happened. Although, they say that even while you're ON test it lowers your immune system. Because they did studies in NFL locker rooms back in the days of steroids, and when one guy got sick the whole fuckin team would..
