How long lasting is the effect of a single dose of Clomid?

A while back I had my male hormones checked. all came up at the higher end of normal.
However, exactly 1 week before I had the test, I took a 50mg tablet of Clomid. Could that have had a big impact on my results?

clomid is in the blood stream for about 12 days, so it could of had an impact on the blood work
