How long till E levels go up?

no clue but I'm curious because I just started my dose of Adex yesterday and was gonna do .5 eod but now I'm thinking maybe I should do .5 every 5 days or so lol

yea dont do 0.5 EOD. i suggest going with 0.25 EOD and 1 month into cycle do your blood work and decide if you need to up that or low it

you guys will be shocked by this but anti estrogens like arimidex and aromasin have really been available that lomg and we cycled for decades just fine without them . the idea behind using aromaisn , arimidex , etc. is to control estrogen and not eliminate it.
i still feel a little bloat on cycle is a good thing as long as theres no high blood pressure or gyno. the bloat is only temporary but it helps with heavy lifting which leads to permenant gains.

im gonna stop the adex since im not experiencing any sides. now that i will stop it, when should i be alarmed and get back on it? what are the very early symptoms of high E other than itching/sore nipples? also, if i get any sides, should i do 0.5 mg EOD immediately??
Symptoms of high Estrogen:
aching joints
low libido/weak erections
bizarre moodwings (think of women when PMSing)
itching/sore nipples
Symptoms of low estrogen are somewhat similiar
Decrease in bone density; bone loss.
Joint Cracking or Soreness
Lack of libido - but powerful erections in the case of sufficient DHT levels.
Heart pump changes, fluttering sensation due to lower blood pressure.
Skin changes; hyperpigmentation or pale-looking skin.
Hair follicle inflammation - excessive hair growth.
Fatigue and depression.
Anxiety / Obsessions
Blunted emotion.
Lack of trust for others; jealousy.
in most cases for high estrogen I have seen sore nipples come out first, but there are outliers and there are big possibilities that any of these symptoms occur in any particular order. A blood test would be in order.
