how many cc can a delt take

If your delta are virgin then you will encounter some serious PIP at 2.5 ml. I was unable to walk when injecting 3ml in glute. And that's a big muscle. I would baby step it at first to see how you react to that ester in that location.

I'm cutting right now :(, so at 335lbs and ~12% body fat at 6'7". Yeah, that's why I hesitate on giving my doses for things, and my pin volume tends to be a little higher. :)
 
in my almost 4 years of AAS use, i've pinned my delts probably no more than 5 times. i dont exactly get PIP but it just stiffens up my shoulder.. fuck that. quads and glutes only for me, thanks.

or maybe i'm just traumatized cause during one of my first injections, my buddy popped a 1 inch pin into my delt with 1.5cc's of test prop right outside the gym. i think he hit a nerve cause it was the worst pain i ever felt and i had to leave the gym. so yeah.

come to think of it, when i go back to my test cruise dose after the summer, .5cc test cype twice weekly, i should try that in the delts.

I'm cutting right now :(, so at 335lbs and ~12% body fat at 6'7". Yeah, that's why I hesitate on giving my doses for things, and my pin volume tends to be a little higher. :)

38yrsold 200lbs 5'8. only test e before.

1-14 test e 600mg
3-13 deca 300mg ew
1-15 12.5 aromison ed
5 14 hcg 250iu
15 blast hcg
16-19 nolv 40mg and clomid 50mg ed

any tiips? and is aromison correct? thought should run week after final test e injection?

I don't get running Deca for 10 weeks. Given the long ester it seems like a complete waste. And at a very low dose to boot. Up the dose. Run it at least 12 weeks. 14 better. Or just drop it altogether.

Test E should be run two weeks beyond your last injection of Deca.

Run the AI up until PCT starts.

Run the hCG from Day 1 until about 3 days before PCT starts. No need to blast it if done this way.

Which DA do you have on had or will you run it?

delts by far are my absolute favorite spot. Goes in like butter.

Lol, I'm not THAT wide... Yet. :p It becomes second nature to duck in doorways that look close. Although, I have beaned my noggin on more than one occasion. :doh:

If anything, I wish more gym equipment had more height adjustment to it. Overhead press machines are great if I want to ensure I don't let my rotator cuffs do too much work, but I have to scoot down, and "roll" my upper body in, so I can get the leverage to make the initial lift upwards with heavier weight. ;)

OP why , why are you starting Deca 3 weeks late and only ten weeks. Really just read profiles on these compound. Now we all waver from suggested on profiles BUT Deca Durabolin is a slow Ester and needs more time to due it's thing.

sir now im showing my lack of info. what mg would you run deca at while running test e at 600mg ew? what is a da? ill wait till next cycle to run deca then thanks for info. and ill correct hcg but on that i just thought i would start it when test started to kick in.

500-600mg/wk of Deca is a good dose.

DA = Dopamine Agonist. 19-nors (e.g. deca and tren) can spike prolactin. DA's are used to combat this. It is covered in the FAQs thread linked below in my signature along with lots of other good info about AAS.

It is better to start the hCG right away.

oh yes i have prami on hand in case of prolactin issues. ill decide at next pin if ill do deca and extend cycle or just wait for next time. i can start hcg now then thanks for the info.

I do 2cc in each delt twice a week. Glute up to 3. Chest up to 2. Bis 1cc but could push it to 1.5. Theighs 2. Just now starting to pin traps
