How many out there do yoga?

How many guys and gals out there use yoga as part of their training program? Is it beneficial? Has it worked? do you recommend it for bodybuilding?

I do yoga and I enjoy the added flexibility it gives me. Gaining muscle can kill flexibility so you have to make sure it does not do that. Besides, being surrounded by young female dancers in yoga pants is never a bad thing.
 
i do brazilian jiu jitsu so yoga comes along nicely with it.. im too impatient for yoga so i dont do it as often as i should

I'm a fan of yoga for relaxing purposes, I dont do it personally but I do meditate for 20mins every morning to get me in the right frame of mind for the day.

I wouldnt go crazy with the yoga/stretching stuff though - studies show that gaining flexibility will decrease core strength.
Its physically impossible to build core strength & flexibility at the same time, its a one or the other type of deal so you need to prioritise based on your goals.
 
its a double edged sword for me... usually my shoulders and neck are sore from bjj.. and holding those poses become tough and annoying..

with bilateral ac issues some of those positions can be painful
