I would currently like to know how many times you train each muscle group per week.
I am currenty doing each group once per week but am looking to do each part twice for example..
Back working on width one session and thickness the next
Chest working on lower middle one session and upper the next.
good idea bad!!your thoughts please.
oh sorry forgot ..the reason why im changing is that i feel i would get more benifit from training x2 per group over 1 ...im fairly newish to serious training and not sure how my body will cope/recover/benifit from the new style but ill test it for a few weeks(6) and see how it goes!
