How many times do u guys go Gym per week?

sometimes i juz went to gym 5~6 times per week, n end up w/ tired body, which normally required 2 days to recover. thas kinda stopid.
im juz wondering how many times do u guys go to gym per week?? and how long does it take each time?

4x weights, 3x cardio, over 6 days/week. I also practice spelling regularly.
 
3 - 4 times.
4 being my max ever. More then that and I overtrain.

Usually 1 hour at a time, slightly longer if I'm doing heavy powerlifting and resting alot between max efforts.

If I'm doing cardio I do it 45mins first thing in AM 5 days a week, but I dont count that as part of my weight workout
 
Usually 3 lifting sessions of one hour each, and a couple ab/cardio sessions of 30 minutes each.
 
5x weights, 1 hour - 1 1/2 hour my split is simple and keeps things so I dont overtrain.

4 - 6 times per week in the weightroom. I'm usually there for no longer than an hour unless it is leg day and I need some extra rest between sets. Shoulder day, I am usually in and out in 30mins.
 
i aim for 6x a week but since i go at 6am i usualy end up takeing one of those days to kill my alarm and role over.

shoulders
back
legs
bis/stomach
 
3X a week. Full body.

I'm thinking of splitting Upper/Lower body and doing 6x a week.
 
I have been lifting for 6 years.

I follow Hypertrophy-Specific Training

I basically started out training on a 3 day full body like I do now (well actually quite different), then I did a 5 day split for like 2 years and completely plateau'd I started HST last year after it was recommended to me by a guy I know. I have consistently been making great gains since starting HST.
 
6 days a week for weights @ 25-45 min each session NOT including cardio / situps
 
4 or 5X a week 30-45 minutes training, drink my shake do 20 minutes of walking on the treadmill.
