Everyone is different. Some can train more frequently when on gear and still recover correctly. The big difference is the intensity with which you train while "on" cycle. Your intensity, of course, must go sky high when on gear to make the progress you are dreaming of and so must the weight you are pushing. So with higher intensity and weight comes the need for better recouperation. Better recoup means more recoup time. For some this means a 3 day split (works for me). Pullin, here's where you chime in.....

Monday - on
Tuesday - on
Wednesday - off
Thursday - on
Friday - off
Sat - active recovery (light cardio)
Sunday - active recovery (light cardio)

my experience with training while juicing has been this:

i made better progress in strength and size. i still worked out with basically the same routine just found myself moving up quicker.

yup- keep it simple. assuming u have a good training routine, then use the same thing while on gear. the only difference will be that u lift more weight and thereby increase intensity.
 
well guys i am doing a 5 day split trainig each bodpart once a week but was thinking of doing this split : chest/back
bi/tri
rest
chest /back
bi/tri
shoulders/legs ,,,any opinions please guys ,,thanks in advance .. :)
 
if you can do this routine without overtraining then have at it. no one routine will work for everyone. dc's or one of mine will give everybody gains but some will respond better to higher volume, lower volume, etc......

i have no doubt that if i trained dc style that i would grow but my primary goal is strength which for me happens at lower reps, 1-6 range. also if in-human did a PLing routine he would get even stronger but thats not his primary goal.

it helps to have a goal set and a plan as to what you wanna do. if you hammering away blindly then how will you measure success?

i have seen so many routines that i can t remeber them all. but each of these routines has worked for at least one person. sometimes it is only one. =0)

if you routine dont work try another that is posted on this board and have at it. or hire a trainer from the gym or online. there are several onliners, dc,, ironadict, silver back, myself just to name a few. spending a few months working with some coaching is an invaluable tool. you prolly learn more in those 3 months than all the years put together. juice is a small part of growing. i look at it like this. its a three fold endeavor.

nutrion/rest
lifting
supps/aas.

aas being the last and least importan of the 3. juicing with out the other 2 in place results in nothing. thats right nothing. wasted money and a sore ass to show for it.

make sure you gotta digital camera with enough memory (64mg minimum) to send me some clips. gotta make sure you squatting deep enough.

i dont like the idea that legs is of seemingly small priority here, legs are just as important to upper body growth as bench press
