I want to know how much weigh do you keep after each cycle, and list how many cycles and total weigh put on. Because all I hear is, "oh I gained 30lbs, my next cycle...." bla bla bla Dont expect the same from the next cycle. You know what I mean guys? I mean, it took arnie 10 friggin years or more to get huge, that means 5-10lbs of muscle a year?
