3 cc in glute. I've done that much in quad but I'm currently using primo which leaves sore swollen knots so I'm going 1.5 cc in each. 1.5-2 cc in delt. 1.5 cc in tricep. 1 cc in bicep. I've done 1 cc in pec.
Obviously everyones opinion is about 3ml but this is also the maximum IM volume throughout the healthcare community also. Anymore than that not only creates pain but is difficult to fit into some muscle groups. I try not to inject over 2ml not just for myself but at work also.
