how much gains can u keep from a cycle?

he said u will keep nothing?? u sure he is an expert? lol he looks like a lil fat chubby old hater to me

i think over time, you will evenutally go back to the norm that your bodys used to

guys get off cycle, wait a month, and say, look, ive kept x lbs!
what they arent taking into account is the fact that it took 12 weeks(or 3 months) to "gain" this new muscle and strength

so wouldnt it be fair to wait 3-4 months after post cycle therapy (pct) to truely gauge what youve kept?

and i think the longer you go without, the more likely you will go back to your bodys norm, not the enhanced body the extra hormones give you

now if you keep your body on roids for long periods of time(2x12week cycles a year is half a year on roids), year after year, your body will keep more as its in a consistent state of increased hormones

a guy that does a cycle once every 5 years wouldnt be as big as the guy that does 2 cycles a year

in other words, keepable gains = frequency of use

I wasnt being serious haha. Im no expert thats for sure, but i have a few friends that have been using the juice for some time and their gains just keep going up.
But i can understand if you took a year off the juice that your gains would return to normal, that makes perfect sense.

These guys are not coming off or genetic freaks or are so dialed in..you should follow them around..all day every day.

You want to train as hard and intense as always..but with no gear even the best post cycle therapy (pct) can not mimic the recovery properties gear gives you.

I said volume reduction..the number of sets and exercises...not intensity.

Diet and sleep are even more paramount i m o.

this guy at my last gym, he was saying that when u come off your cycle, you should train even harder than when u were on because u gotta work harder to keep those gains. I did that and i lost 10 lbs after a 20lb gain. lost a little strenth. basically kept most, but definately lost a noticeably amount. but that logic made sense to me.

now my other buddy just did his first cycle, and when he came off he got super bad post-cycle depression and wouldn't even talk to anyone or leave the house! (he is unemployed anyways). he made it to the gym 3 days a week, and he said he had no energy whatsoever and was super depressed. a month later he starts hitting it hard again and he lost weight, but maintained almost all of his strength. he was just sleeping and eating every day and barely lifting. I thought for sure he would lose everything but he actually kept a lot, so my point to this long story is, post-cycle, keep intensity up, but volume down and that will save your muscle.

i got to witness both scenarios first hand, so i've learned. im definately gonna lower my volume post cycle

I think you first have to factor in a few things.

1) Did you minimize the estrogen and water you put on while on cycle. ( this accounts for most of the gains that people loose. )

2) Did you run Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) on cycle ? ( are you testicles at normal size to start producing
testosterone? ( igf1-lr3 can be run while on cycle to avoid HTPA shut down yes not recovery time needed )

3) Is your post cycle therapy (pct) the best it could be. Clomid and Nolva with IGF1-lr3

4) Do you really know how to eat ? Well Do you? THe what and when are the key.

5) Are you getting enough Sleep?
