how much is enough

I am ,I am going full heartedly into this trying to look as best as i can ,I have switched traing routines altogether wich is odd for me its never been more than 6 reps at a time i tell you honestly doing more weight less reps is easier in my opinion than low weight more reps

Well it sounds like you are transitioning over into the bodybuilding world then... I would just go as far as you can naturally then 6months to a year down the road maybe throw in some AAS.

You already have the size just cut down by increasing the cardio and adjusting the diet.

Go ask some questions in the diet section..3J is a good guy to get info from...
 
6'3 330 lbs and a 38 in waist. ?? Not saying it's not true but sounds wrong to me, I'm 6'4 255 with 14% bf and I can wear a 36/38

apples to oranges. i have a full brother who takes after my dads side of the family and his waist wouldnt go over 36 or so if he weighed 300 pounds , his stomach just gets bigger.i take after my moms side and and even when i get very lean my waist size is never going to get below mid 30's but i have little to no beer gut/ stomach even at a high body fat.
 
no need to give up powerlifting or powerlifting training . you have added a large amount of lean mass by training that way , why would you change ? adjust your diet and cardio to SLOWLLY drop down in bidyfat.with your amount of lean mass you could be a lean , mean , competitive lifter in the 275 pound class.

Although, is it just easier to only come down to the bulging stomach when lifting?Shorter range of motion and all...

Perhaps its no lose of strength, just the foundation/mechanics to work with...

larger = shorter stroke on bench and the big gut helps in the hole on squat. but its all relative because when your on a weight class the other guys are in the same situation.
 
If your looking for a harder look and willing to run a longer cycle I would run

1-16 EQ 400mg
1-18 Test E 500mg
1-18 Aromasin 12.5mg ED
20-24 Clomid 100/50/50/25

Just my two cents. Deca tends to add water weight EQ tends to deliver solid gains.
 
jesus christ.... dude you should get some pics. you sound like a fucking monster man. my buddy is 308lbs at 6'5" and thats godly to me.
 
I know i really do need to post some pics i will get on that this weekend ..EQ would be straight to run for a first cycle with test
 
i mean adding more than one compound to a first cycle would be safe ,I mean im game if so ,As for hgh im considering it but dont really know anybody thats taken it ,all the research ive done on it ,it seems to be easy on the body in general,money isnt really a issue ,as of right now anyways lol"knock on wood"
 
I dont like EQ.... Deca is my bread and butter.

You may just want to stick with Test for a first cycle though. Thats the majority consensus.

I didnt though...

My first cycle was 450mg of Test and 300mg of DECA. No sides and made mad ass gains.

Just be responsible and be ready for any and all sides. Have a Aromatase inhibitor (AI) on hand and Prami or dostinex would be a good idea even if you run Test alone. You never know...Have PCT lined up and consider using HCG.
 
most def.yea I think i will just stick to the test and run my pct,AS for the hgh running it all year long whats your view on that
