How much protein and cals should I intake

Ok so Im new to using gear or juice or whatever you wanna call it. I have been on some sust 300 for almost 2 weeks. I dont wanna say for sure that Im a hard gainer because Im sure its harder for others too but I sure feel like it so thats why I started. Now Im not too small about 6'1 210lbs and I just wanna get a bit stronger at the moment and I was curious about how much protein and cals I should be eating per day. Ive been doing 6-8 reps with sets of 4 on most exercises because to my knowledge this is the best way to gain strength. Any and all knowledge and opinions are welcome thanks!

300+ g of protien and prolly round 4000 cals depending on your bf% and workout regime. look in the diet section at 3Js sticky at the top to calculate exactly what you need. everyone is different
 
From what I hear 1.5 grams per pound of body weight,but I manage fine on about 1 gram.Calories depend on your current weight and body fat level and what you are trying to accomplish,
 
1 gram per pound has been given as the ideal amount even when training, with no benefits above that amount in many studies, but if you're on gear, I'd say go on the higher side with 1.5 or maybe even 2g per lb.
