on my first cycle of testaplex 250 in week 6 now. my strength has shot up like fcking crazy my bench has gone from 205x5 to 255x5 it progressively going up by 10lbs every week no problem. my question is how much strength gain should i plan to keep after post cycle therapy (pct) and everything?

kinda depends. How long you been lifting, how hard you stay at it after your cycle, etc etc. You can plan on losing some strenght for sure. When I took Cyp I got strong as hell but, when I came off my shit fell off with it. Since I been taking Sustaplex I feel like its cleaner gains. When I come off I usually won`t drop on nothing but, bench and thats usually only 20lbs or so.

after my first cycle (8 weeks 500 sust) i was still getting stronger. I remember my strength was the highest when i was finishing my pct and after that i was still going up

Now im on my second cycle and im hoping itll be the same

^^^^As do I..^^^^My light cycle s are what keep me in the gym due to injurue s, proper motivation etc...

For me, the longer the cycle the more likely I am to keep the weight/strength. My body "assimilates" the weight and strength better and I keep more of my gains. Expect a slight decline in strength though.

I just finished my post cycle therapy (pct), and only lost 10-15 pounds on all my lifts. During post cycle therapy (pct) it was worse because of the lack energy to finish my workouts. Take a preworkout and that will help keep you motivated when the strength and energy starts to decline.

thanks for responses. yeah lol im just seeing these crazy strength gains and im wicked pumped about it n just dont wanna lose it all and be dissapointed. also my right nip is starting to hurt a little bit kinda like a weird pain but not really puffy but I dont feel or see any lumps. could this be oncoming signs of gyno? thnks again

anyone?

I only lose maybe 10-20lbs off my entire workout routine when I'm off cycle (just have to push a little harder to get things up).

I've been off deca for four weeks and all of my lifts have dropped pretty significantly. I'm OK with it, though, because I'm still trying to drop body fat and have been running a calorie restricted diet. I'm a bit catabolic and that was expected. I'm betting the strength losses would be a lot less if I were eating more.

Can going too heavy be a bad thing for like wrists like during a bench press? I just started doing it without gloves cause my grips allow me to lift heavier but it seems if I were to go above the 1 pound progression a week my wrists wouldnt support it. Im not on a cycle, just wondering if my wrists would get stronger too.
