How obvious is it that you are on a cycle.

Hey guys,

Just a little curious here, but how obvious is it that you are cycling when you first start? Do people tend to comment about how huge you are, or is it less transparent than that?

Thanks!

Not obvious at all. Be smart about it. Say, and do, the right things so people do not think you're using AAS.

I just started going to a new gym 2 weeks ago and i can instantly tell what guys are on sauce and vice versa

It kind of depends on what you're running and how good you manage certain things. If you do dbol or adrol for instance and don't manage estrogen correctly you'll puff up like the Michelin man then deflate when coming off of it. To me that's an obvious sign. If you're smart about it and know what to tell those that may ask, you can get away with it pretty easily.

I made sure to kind of nonchalantly announce to everyone that knows me at the gym that I'm bulking (and have been for a month). I thought this was clever on my end, but maybe I'm naive.

when i did my first cycle i'm pretty sure people at gym could tell. i just blew up so fast. i picked up like 16kg in 8 weeks, then dropped a few in the last 4 weeks. did get a few compliments but nobody asked about steroids. don't worry about people noticing, they won't say anything. just be smart and don't let it slip out if you don't want them to know

Come on! Unless your cycle is very mild and test only people should notice! Your doing it wrong if no one can tell.

If you don't tell anyone they can't know for sure.

I agree that if people don't notice your getting bigger on your first cycle ... Something's wrong.
The way I usually tell if someone's on is when they gain the weight and then lose the weight haha. Unfortunately those guys had no business starting AAS

-Must've stopped taking that "creatine" huh buddy?

Lot of us get asked if we're juicing while off probably. I was accused of it for years before I actually did.

if your low bodyfat and kickstart a test cycle with sd. youl look like your on for sure. other users will know whats going on but the nattys will just think your lookin beast.

If you take steroids and people cant notice it.

1. Your gear is fake.
2. Your diet is terrible, even with moderate diet it should be obvious.
3. you're training like a pussy.

I can easily tell if someone is on the sauce or not.

I get looks and stares, but nobody has come up to me and asked. I feel like that day is coming soon but my two gym acquaintances have noticed me blow up and I tell them I'm bulking hard and eating everything in sight and they haven't said anything since! It's funny now that I'm using I can spot people in the gym that are on and make an educated guess on what they are probably running lol

Fully agree with this! Idk let's say the average guy running his first cycle gains 15lbs 12 weeks and I tease major lift by 50+ lbs. I would say that's pretty obvious. An yes .308 something is definitely wrong if your first cycle goes under the radar!

Here's a good out if you want to hide it:
Say your coming off a caloric deficit for the past 14 weeks and now your bulking and eating like crazy. Go off about your nutrition and how much your eating an go into details. Then proceed to say how you threw in creatine to the mix an it's making your weight and strength skyrocket.

Option two would be:
Tell them to piss off and mind there own damn business!

Honestly if you have good genetics and train really hard and take a good amount of gear it is obvious as fuck and unable to be hidden. Especially depending on what body parts you have that are genetically gifted. I mean if you have big quads and calfs but your upper body sucks. It wont be that obvious. But if you have gigantic shoulders and traps and arms that are twice the size of a normal guys it is very obvious. If you train for a good 5 years before starting juice and are at like 195 200 and get up to about 220 pretty lean its a hard thing to deny. Honestly a lean 195 with big shoulders and a small waist with big traps and decent arms are pretty obvious to.

Think about it. When you see a juiced up guy at the gym you can really tell the difference between him and the 210 pound guy on creatine who is dirty bulking. You get a 3d look the shoulders on steroids and traps that look like they don't belong on your body and legs that look like a horse. How can you deny that it is not steroids. People will say they believe you to not be a ass hole and press you. But like I said once you are around 195 and on steroids and lean it is hard to deny if you have the right structure.

Great advice guys but I am more concerned with friends and family. Do you look significantly larger than you are after/while juicing or do you just get a little bigger?
