ILB50 New member Feb 17, 2006 #67 average day 730am oats 2cups 830am small breakfast at cafeteria varies daily mostly egss and some type of meat and fuits 1030am 6-8oz boneless skinless chicken breast 1200pm cafe food vairies daily but always get a cup or 2 of cottage cheese in 145pm pre/wo creatine mono 245pm workout 430 pw/wo creatine 445-55pm protien shake 600pm dinner cafe varies but get 1-2 cups cottage cheese 930pm snack beef jerky etc 10-12pm glutamine and small protien shake thats how i roll
