If you are not in a relationship where you are both committed to only each other, you should look at doing this 3 to 4 times a year. You should not only be worried about you getting something but you passing it on. There have been court cases in the US where women (and some men) have sued over this and have won. And just because a friend gets checked after doing a double team does not mean that you are free and clear.
