How often do you workout per week?

I cant find a solid answer. How often do you work out a particular muscle group per week? Once, Twice, or 3 times??? For me its Monday Back/Tris, Tuesday Legs/Abs, Wednsday Cardio, and thursday Chest/Bi's...i also do cardio everyday but thats irrelevant....am i working out to little? Im interested to see ur guys schedules.

3 days on 4 off seems to work best for me IMO the more i put into my workouts ie intensity the more rest i need to get results
 
finally after years of pussy footing around with different 4-5 day BBing routines I am finally seeing reasults I like with only Mon/Wed/Fri-Squat/bench/dead, cardio off days. The rest time is great for the muscles to grow and your ready to go into each session with intensity which helps a lot.

Gixxer ever thought of spacing out that Back and Leg day for better recovery time? Maybe you could switch your days around like, legs/chest/back, keep the CNS fresh instead of pounding on the lower back with Back then next day legs
 
Monday - chest dumbells/tri's
Tues - back/biceps
Wed - shoulders
Thurs - Legs/light bic's
Friday - Chest barbell/tri's
Sat/Sun - Off
