I cant find a solid answer. How often do you work out a particular muscle group per week? Once, Twice, or 3 times??? For me its Monday Back/Tris, Tuesday Legs/Abs, Wednsday Cardio, and thursday Chest/Bi's...i also do cardio everyday but thats irrelevant....am i working out to little? Im interested to see ur guys schedules.
