How should diet be on tren?

Currently cutting on mast p/test a. Using a carb cycling protocol. Maintenance is 3400cals I am eating 3,000.

I decided I am going to throw tren in around week 5 @50mg ed and was wondering if I should change my diet. I have heard there is no reason to eat at a defecit while on tren and low carb will do no good.

My goal is to get down to 8% bf. I attached a pic. I am probably around 12% or so right now.

Only been training for 11 months. 6ft 220lbs.

What should my diet be like when I do throw tren in?

Just balance out ur carbs, fats and proteins your a young guy ur in good shape now how much cardio do u do?

Okay so just bring them back up once I throw tren in?

I do incline treadmill walking when bulking.

Now that I am on my cut I was going to do 3x a week to start and increase to 5x a week by the end. Usually stairmil for 20 mins or incline treadmill for 30-50 mins.
 
why u throwing in tren ur on test already what about adding Winstrol (winny) or anvar? what test u on
 
Tren will be thrown in week 5-12. Anavar week 7-12.

What about total cals? Should I go back to a surplus or stay in a defecit.
 
21 idk how many cycles u done just up ur cardio watch the alcohol intake. If it were me i would add the Winstrol (winny), have balance diet as i suggested and sleep w as many girls as u can! A t ur age u have plenty of time to experiment w what works for u i cant imagine you've done more than 3 to 5 cycles at ur age. remember everyones body is different good luck bro!

I know this has nothing to do with your question regarding tren but I congratulate you on your decision to not drink alcohol while on cycle, especially at your age.

Thanks man! Actually no alcohol at all! Doesn't fit my goals.. Plus it tastes nasty. If I am going to have some empty calories you better believe it is not going to be on alcohol. A waste if you ask me!

not that you don't look good but if you're 21 and you've only been training for 11 months running a cycle of test/mast/tren/var is a bit much.

I assure you I have done all of my research, get bloods done, etc. Thanks for the concern though!

i'm having this same problem right now lol, personally im just bulking with the tren, when time comes, im gonna cut carbs and do a quick cut/recomp
