how should i use clen?

i just purchased clen..i also have 20ml of winstrol..n 20 ml of test.E i gained alot of weight this winter after i got off my bulking cycle. mostly all fat. im 260 lbs 5'11.

1. how much clen do i use n often?
2. can i use winstrol with it n how much n often.?
3. test E can i stack with it n how much n often.?

right now i'm on a cal diet shooting for 2000 cAL or less. n just cardio now in gym.. i hurt my shoulder 2 months back n stil;l waiting to heal. almost done Pysical therepy for it n feels good. so no heavy lifting just yet.,. please help..
 
Clen take 2 weeks on and then 2 weeks off..During 2 weeks off you can take ECA or if you can find Ketofin (think thats how its spelled) you can continue the clen cycle for up to 8 weeks straight non stop.You would start taking the keto around week 4 I believe. Take anywhere from 80-160 MCG (I put it in uppercase so you could take note that this is MICRO Grams, not milligrams) Your a big guy so you will be good with 120mcg a day. Most clen sold comes in .20 mcg pill form so 6 a day in this format, or if purchased in the .40 mcg take 3 daily. So ie if it was the .40 mcg pill version you would take one first thing in the morning, during lunch time, then a couple hrs before lifting (1-2hrs that way your heart rate doesnt jump thru the roof) basically every every 2-4 hrs..Dont take that last one no later than 4pm or you will never fall asleep. Build tolerance up to it the first few days only taking 1 first day, 2 second day, 2 again for the 3rd day if you need to but usually you can jump right to 3 pills...No need to taper off either, does not affect your CNS like Ephedrine so when you come off you will get no crash. Make sure you have a supply of taurine Powder to deal with the cramps, and make sure your drinking at least a gal of water a day, it will dehydrate you. High protein, low carb diet works best with Clen.

I started taking clen a few weeks back. Before I get into my result I want to let you know Im diabetic on insulin 8-10 tims a day.

Now... When I started off I was 196, hoping to lose like 20lbs. I some how managed to put on 10lbs. Do you think my insulin counter acted with my clen( pump) also i was taking 60 mcg. I was getting all sides minus the increased body temp and sweats.

My diet was high pro, low carb mod fat. Why do you think I was getting different results?

I think one issue may be that when you went low carb you should have went high fat (good fat). There are some extremely good diet gurus on this board who can really speak to this but once you go low carb...a lot of other things come into play.

How many calories below maintenance did you go, what was your workout volume (too much will hurt your fat loss), and how low did you go in carbs... etc. etc..

Like I said there are some really good folks on this board who know a hell of a lot more than me so seek them out... clen is good, but if that diet is screwed up, then nothing will work.
