How sore/sensitive?

Hey Bros - I've read through many posts that discuss starting nolva if your nips get sore/sensitive. Questions is, how sore or sensitive do they need to get before starting? My nips have become sensitive, especially to touch...does this mean I should start nolva? or do they need to be throbbing with pain first? or do I just wait til they're so sensitive I can't wear a shirt? lol. Thanks.

never had this problem but I can't see why not start it now and not let it get to the point of it hurting or a lump. preventative medicine.

Back to my question though. How sensitive do they need to be before starting nolva. If they're slightly sensitive (at least more than they were before starting cycle) then do you start...or is it normal for them to get slightly sensitive when on a cycle?

Different for everybody if they're sensitive i'd urge you to start just to be on the safe side, it can't hurt.
