How to backload an insulin syringe for sub-q injection?

Guys,

I'm going to give sub-q injections a try, meaning I can split my normal weekly injection of 0.6ml (250mg/1ml) of test ethanate in to 2 x 0.3ml shots, sun and wed.

I'm guessing a 28 or 29G insulin needle is better than the current 30G I have, so will pick some up tomorrow.

So how do you backload?

Cheers.

Pull plunger out from back? inject material into tube.. gently insert plunger.. slowly rotate syringe.. try to get the air bubble from the bottom to the top. then your done? thats how i've always done it.
