Its good you want to start training! By cycle, I hope you dont mean as. Your wondering if there is a training method you can do at home without weight training? Sure, treadmill, yoga, cycling etc.....

If you want muscles, you need to weight train, and eat the proper ammount of the proper foods.

Go to the lybrary and get some books about weightlifting, build muscle etc. Thats a good start. Buy some muscle mags too.

If you want muscle you have to challenge the body with weights.

If you have not come this far do NOT touch drugs, you have to learn what you are doing with weights and food before you touch a single item. If you dont then its your loss.

Go to the local gym and start training bro. U wont regreat it at all!

I am a believer in the idea of finding a guy in the gym who you want to look like and talking to them. Yeah, genetics can mess it up, but they are usually a better source of info than the mags. I don't trust the mags, books are ok. Arnold's encyclopedia is the only book you'll ever need, everything else you can learn from the boards etc.

While I was a personal trainer I've always had that best results when a complete beginner started on the BFL method....that’s Body for Life. by Bill Philips, I'm sure you've seen his book many times in the stores....I've found it time and time again to be the most complete and simplest program to start with and you can see some amazing results.

Hell, Sometimes I still use it, just to mix things up.

But you'll need weights. If your doing it at home, I'd say invest in Power Blocks and a good bench that can switch to different angles

While Arnold's book shows a lot of movements, its also filled with old time gym legend that has been disproven.
