How to build bulk into quaility? I am

44 so I dont think I will be building a whole lot of bulk anymore, so how do I take what I got and refine it? Less weight , higher reps? I have always went for size and I really dont know the correct way to sculpt. If you are a little on the older side and have made the change to quaility and I must admit the joints are getting sore at times what seem to work best for you? Thanks for any help!!!!!
 
No reasonm to lighten up the weight , just focus on losing fat through a gradually lower calorie / lower carb diet and maybe some cardio ........
 
Less weight and higher reps is generally said to be the way to scuplt....However, you can't change muscle to fat, so if you are trying to get rid of fat and look more muscular, you've gotta do cardio, eat right, and lift right.

how is helping joints transforming your body?
 
its all in your diet bro. higher reps will only allow you to burn a few extra calories and is an incorrect training theory based on nothing. you can do a million reps per set but if your caloric intake is too high or you dont know how to manipulate your macronutrient intake, you are not going to see many changes.
