The only excersises I see that inderectly involve biceps ..are BBrows..depending on grip....and pull ups ..
You obviously have great genetics.....for the normal individual this routine seems all wrong.
Yes I work my triceps very hard, they actually dwarf my bi's. My original thought behind this post was show people that you can build biceps without doing endless sets of curls. I am not saying that everyone should stop doing curls. And what I listed above is not my routine for anything but rather some things that I think help contributed to the size of my biceps. And no I never do curls...
