How to does Airmdex? 1Mg a day to much?

I'm trt and I've never really ran AI cause I never get GYNO but lately I've been super sluggish and I got blood work done and my estrogen was very low. I was told to take 1 mg airmdex for a week then 0.5 every 3 days. Is that correct?

1 mg/day on a TRT dose?

I've had the same symptoms after crashing my levels.
If you're on a HRT dose, .5 still seems high every 3 days.
Who told you to take those doses, an HRT doc?

I was just reading, my estrogen is LOW. I'm running a blast of 500mgs of test but typicallly I'm TRT.
