How to extract water from powder--please help

Does anyone know the best way to extract water from DNP. They have to ship it in 15% water to keep it from being explosive. I was told that if you just leave the lid off of it that it will turn everything in the house a yellow tint. Does anybody have any ideas?
I had this posted in the chemical study but got no help. I have the money to buy this now and don't want to unless I find out how to extract the water.

Don't ship it man! I don't know if its true, but if its explosive DONT SHIP IT. A mistake on your part is possible death and injury to others.

And if somthing happend to someone, you would definatly go to jail forever.

It is not explosive after they water it down. That is the point of watering it down.

You need to let it dry out in an area that doesn't matter if everything turns yellow.

I take an empty syringe box, and line it with alum. foil, then spoon my moist DNP powder into the box, close the lid, and let it sit in a corner of my basement......or you could let it sit in a garage, or shed.

Let it sit and dry for a couple of days, and then weigh it up and cap it.

NOTE: Make sure to wear two or three layers of rubber gloves, when capping it, as it will bleed through one layer of rubber glove and stain your fingers bright yellow.

and you would put this in your body...?? good god...

this whole process to get crystallized dnp? or just powder? what about the tabs, are those explosive too?

This is for the powder. And yes, I would put this in my body. I am tired of the excess weight.
