my arms are by far my best body part.... like it was stated above...triceps make up 2/3s of your arm. hit those triceps hard and your biceps will look bigger and more full. with respect to actual bicep excercises id say heavy barbell curls to put on mass and even help with peak a bit. . . and some regular alternating db curls...nothing fancy, and nothing too isolated.
