how to get natural test levels back

I started taking gear when I was way too young to try and get college offers, I'm 20 now and when I'm off cycle now it's obvious I have little to no test. When I first started I knew hardly anything about post cycle therapy (pct) and I didn't run my cycles right. I'm a college athlete so I can't afford to go to an endocronoligist so I wanted to see if theres any supps I can take that would kickstart my natural test levels.

Try Zinc. I know a few guys who swear by it. It's cheap so you've got nothing to lose. Might as well give it a try.

How do you know your test is low? Go get a blood test and stop the guesswork. You don't need a doctor for one, and they're $50 for peace of mind. Once you know what your situation is, THEN you can try to fix what may be the problem.

When I came off I dropped 10 pounds in a week, all my numbers went down drastically, constantly tired, and no sex drive. I don't need to waste $50 to know what's goin on.

So you go from someone that "hardly anything about post cycle therapy (pct) and didn't run your cycles right" to someone that automatically knows exactly what is wrong with their HPTA system? You fucked up your system and have no idea exactly where you sit in the grand scheme of things man. That's why I recommend you get a blood test - if you know WHERE your levels are at, that helps to determine the proper course of action.

For instance, if you have a total test of 110ng/dL and an LH of .1 with an FSH of .2, that means a WORLD of difference from where you would be with a TT of 400 LH/FSH of 2.5/3.3 respectively. The latter means you're likely recovering, where the first means you really fubared up your system and more drastic measures would be needed. For the first scenario, using natty test boosters are a waste as your pituitary gland has obviously given you the middle finger and is on vacation.

But hey, you can keep experimenting around and maybe you'll stumble onto fixing your shit. :p

Privatemdlabs.com is a site I use. Be sure to pick the female test panel (it has everything we need and is cheap), I think it comes out to like 56 bucks, but you can use discount codes that are easily found on google. You specify male for the ranges once you place your order - just for clarification. :)
