How to get shredded calves(was born with tree trunks)

I am banned!
Just like the title says.

I hate how disproportional my body is. I am 5'10 185 lbs 17% BF...........but I have the calves of a dude that is 6'2 250 25% BF....no joke. And its not just looks, I have STUPID strength in them. I can do the straight leg calf raise machine of the whole rack(580lbs) with perfect form of going all the way up and down about 40 times and not feel ANY soreness the next day.

What can I do to shred my calves up? Should I just stop doing weights all together for them? Past 4 months I been doing light weight(330lbs) for a lot of reps and they got a LITTLE bit cut but the precess is very slow. What should I do to shred them up?

That is what I am saying..should I stop doing calf workouts?
 
See I'm opposite I have shredded legs calves and back all my fat stores in my arms Che's and stomach its a bitch just keep chugging away it will come eventually
 
Do they bother you to the point where you can't stand looking at them? I think big calves are a sign of a man that takes lifting seriously since they're so rare.

Not really its just their already huge....I guess they can use some definition.....but I dont know if me doing high reps is defining them or making them grow. I just dont want them to grow anymore

Definition comes with lowering body fat as far as I've seen. Doing any resistance training with them will certainly make them grow, but I don't see it as a negative since calves are probably one of the most underrated muscles for power. Ever take a look at those NBA players that have bird-like vertical leaps? It's those insane gastrocnemius muscles!

Mine are pretty big too, but look funny given how small my quads have gotten due to atrophy courtesy of knee surgeries. Platform calf-raises work wonders, but if you're on 'var or dbol...those pumps are going to make you hate life walking back to your car! :p
 
Im a small dude but my calfs are pretty damn nice. My routine for calfs is I do Barbell Calf Raises 3 sets of 10 with as much weight as i can handle. Then do a sit down calf raise machine for 2 sets 10 reps. And days im doing cardio I grab a bar and do double leg calf raises 40 reps, and single legged calf raises 40 reps. If you only wish to do one of these I'd highly recommend Barbell Calf Raises it will blow those fuckers up!
 
if your bf% is under control and you have undefined beefy calves, jumping rope ed or eod will shred your calves..

work on rhythm and timing at first, then build up to speed and duration where you get good pumps in your gastrocs - and then keep pushing past that until you start to feel a real burn

for guys with small calves, jump rope a couple times a week and stop once you you feel a killer pump, it will add noticeable size for you pretty quickly
